What are your shipping and processing times?
Orders are processed in just 4-48 hours, however, during sale periods or holidays, slight delays may occur. Our standard shipping times are as listed below. These are estimates with our current shipping and carrier lines. Shipping estimates are based on working days not calendar days.

USA and Canada: 7 - 21 days
Oceania: 8 - 23 days
Europe: 8 - 24 days
Latin America: 9 - 26 days
Other countries: 11 - 30 days
*Above listed speeds are estimates and are mainly delivered in the lower end of delivery days. Some orders may take longer to regions that are rural.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, we may have made a mistake, sorry! Contact us and we'll help you out as soon as possible.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds are processed for damaged items, wrong items or lost/missing during transit. If you have questions, feel free to contact us. Our return policy is 7 days after the date of delivery or upon receipt of the item. If you have received your item with a factory defect or it arrived damaged, we will process a full replacement as necessary.
